Cremated my father with his watch and wedding ring on, Raymond admitted to it. Nobody ever notified me of this beforehand. When I asked about his jewelry, I was told he came in with nothing and to ask the nursing home. When I asked the nursing home, they said they couldn't get his jewelry off and he was sent to the funeral home with it. Raymond later called apologizing (sorry doesn't cut it here) for cremating him with his jewelry on. My 84 year old father - married to my late mother for 46 years - deserved better. Complaint has been filed with the State Board of Funeral Directors. Never use this place. Ever. I'm sorry I did.

Had items disappear from our loved one and found foreign items in his ashes (metal washers). Lusain showed a lack of concern or care. Filed a police report. Find another company to work with

I agree with another review I read- they are very compassionate and helpful through the entire process. I felt cared about from the beginning when they spoke to me gently about a price for services and all the way to the end when the person walked me to the car and handed over my loved one.
